Sendmybag.com has been moving luggage around the UK for 5 years, security and reliablity have always been at the forefront of our business. We are so confident that your item will arrive safely that we promise if your consignment* does not arrive within 14 days we will send you up to £250.

The majority of sendmybag customers will be insured under their home contents policy, however for your extra peace of mind £150 cover is included FREE with every domestic UK service, you may increase this in-house cover to £250 for only £2.50 at checkout.

International services have no in-house cover included in the price, but you may purchase £150 of in-house sendmybag cover at checkout for only £2.50. We also advise you contact your home insurance provider before travel as most customers will find they are covered for loss under their existing policy.

How to Claim:

If your item does not arrive within 14 days simply send us your signed proof of collection, completed claim form, and receipts for the full claim amount. Sendmybag.com will then send you a cheque for the value of your receipts, up to a maximum of £250.

In order to receive the payout our haulage partner must acknowledge that no delivery or an attempted delivery has been made in the previous 14 days or that it is likley to take place within the following 7 days.

The in-house cover offered by sendmybag.com replaces any insurance offered by the haulage partners.

If your consignment subsequently arrives we will require the full amount to be paid back, however you may be entitled to a refund under our "on time or your money back" guarantee.

*The cover applies to your consignment, eg all items booked / collected at one time. SMB cover does not include items which are non standard excess baggage items, for example TVs, Laptop Computers etc. See our terms and conditions for full details.
