To qualify for a refund simply email us with the subject "On Time Guarantee Claim" and include your tracking number and full name. To qualify for the claim the driver must not have attempted a delivery, if the driver has attempted delivery and you were out or if the driver had difficulty gaining access or finding the address due to the details provided then the guarantee will not be applied. In the case of force majeure, e.g. the recent volcano ash the guarantee could not be applied as that matter would be entirely out of our control. *If your item was due for delivery on Monday and it has not arrive by midnight Wednesday then you may be entitled to a refund of 50%. If your item was not delivered by midnight Friday then you may be entitled to a refund of 100%.
