After 5 years, a huge amount of press coverage and thousands upon thousands of bags sent, some users still ignore our instructions, please read the below before continuing. We have never lost an item and do not intend to start now so please help us help you:
Your tracking number or pre-track will be emailed to you the day before your collection takes place, your tracking number is what is used to deliver your item, it is not the confirmation code you receive as soon as you place your order.
You must attach a large label to both sides of a sturdy suitcase or box. Any other packaging such as "hold alls" are sent at your own risk, we advise against them as the material is generally canvass and not stiff meaning labels can fall off, if you use this kind of bag please remember you can never attach too many labels or use too much tape!
The label must include your tracking number, delivery address & telephone number. We also advise putting one inside the bag.
You must attach the labels securely, ensuring labels will not come off - Not attaching a label may result in the loss of your item. You must also prepare a spot for our driver to attach a barcode label - the label we attach is the most important but we cannot spend time preparing the area, if your item is canvass please ensure you have a spot covered in tape etc ready for our label.
Our couriers do not collect on weekends or bank holidays.
Our couriers will not collect from individual rooms in university halls - it will be from your reception, mail room etc - check with your university.
It is your repsonsibility to hand the driver the correct item, you should also ask the driver to sign to a proof of collection or provide you with a receipt.
Our service is great for students sending low value bulky items, if you send high value items or items not packed properly you do so at your own risk. You are insured for loss up to £150. Do not send breakable items (a recent example, someone sent glass vase in a rucksack!), we will not claim for broken items. Do not send computers, printers, hi-fis, laptops etc if you do and there is any kind of damage we will not pusure a claim. Our couriers do take care but remember when you buy a computer it is in very specific packaging designed for transport, putting it into any other kind of box or bag will likely not be good enough.
We allow you a fantastic 30kg per item, please do not exceed this, if the computer flags you as exceeding 30kgs more than 3 times in any journey the courier will impose a fine of £58.75....so if your item seems too heavy please split it and send two items!
By clicking submit you agree to our terms and conditions, if you have also not read our "how it works" page you agree to do so before continuing.
When you receive your confirmation email the day before your collection takes place - please read it.
We send thousands of items for students throughout the UK, we offer a great value and speedy service, and we constantly receive great reviews. However a growing number of people misusing our service, sending items in bin bags (believe it or not!) and not attaching labels is going to result a price rise - please follow our simple instructions and keep prices down for other students!
