Your tracking number will be emailed to you the day before your collection takes place, your tracking number is what is used to deliver your item, it is not the confirmation code your receive from paypal!
You must attach a large label to both sides of your suitcase / box.
The label must include your tracking number, delivery address & telephone number.
You must ensure this label will not come off - Not attaching a label may result in the loss of your item.
Our couriers do not collect on weekends.
Our couriers will not collect from individual rooms in university halls - it will be from your reception, mail room etc - check with your university.
It is your repsonsibility to hand the driver the correct item, you should also ask the driver to sign your proof of collection which is sent with your tracking number.
Our service is great for students sending low value bulky items, if you send high value items or items not packed properly you do so at your own risk.
