I would just like to take a minute to let you know that I have received a fantastic service from you guys since the very first phone call I made. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely patient with my questioning seeing as I had never heard of such a service and had some apprehension etc. He was really helpful and friendly and in the end was the reason I chose to use your company. You have responded to all of my emails promptly and in a constructive helpful manner (a rarity these days I find!) as I had some difficulties getting my bag collected due to the person never being home and I appreciated your responses and how to finally get my bag en route. So I just thought it was the least I could do to let you know that I think not only is your company a great idea but your customer service levels are fantastic and I will be using you in the future and recommending you to anyone I know that needs such a service.

I was sceptical at first, particularly as bags were being sent from our home to my student daughter's address - with the usual possibilities that no-one would remember to be there to accept them. But it worked perfectly - so much so that when I booked to send another bag the following term, I was sure it couldn't go right again! But, it was picked up EXACTLY when agreed, and delivered with no hitches at all. Please don't get so big that your customer service deteriorates! Suzy
