The prcedures to reschedule a delivery should be cearer and the possibility to receive the delivery in a collection point should be provided since the beginning (I discovered this option only by calling the custmer services in the process of rescheduling the delivery after the first one failed (because of DHL delay).
Worked well but could be improved in terms of organization
The service was good. The only thing is that I wasn't told when my bags would be collected or when they would be delivered (there was a whole day time period) so it was very uncomfortable to be at home all day instead of getting a call half an hour before so that I could move on with my day. Also the fact that I couldn't bring any sorts of liquids was annoying, as checked bags usually allow it.
I phoned other companies and Send my bag was the best price I could find for door to door service from London to Qatar. I have recommended them to people so many times, so much so that they think I work for them or I get a discount 😆
