We shipped our son's bike (age 8). The cost was lower than what we had found elsewhere. The customer service helped me figure out how to estimate the size of the eventual bike box, since I had never shipped a bike before. Instructions on the website about customs forms, etc were all very good.It was easy to fill out the paperwork online and then print it elsewhere.
