I've used the company twice now to send a bag between the UK and Spain and had absolutely no issues both ways - this time it even arrived a week earlier than initially anticipated. The logistics of booking can be a bit confusing but that is down to customs requirements rather than the company, and the company is very clear on instructions regarding that so it is better to not book last minute to get everything straight for your own sake. I 100% recommend the company and find the prices and allowances very fair, and the referral programme is good too
