Everything was better than expected. The driver called upon collection, suitcase delivered with care and even arrived 1 day earlier. The delivery driver at the destination adjusted to the delivery hours suitable for us. Big thanks!

Pick-up and delivery worked fine. One package had to be redelivered, but that was because of DHL, not sendmybag. I do wish there was an option for specific time slots as it can be a bit stressful waiting all day if you don't have much time.
