Service overshadowed by DHL
I have to highlight the readiness of Send my Bag staff to provide support during this situation, considering the unprofessional attitude from DHL. To be honest, it was very frustrating having to deal with them, not only during the collection phase but also when the stuff arrived in Colombia and their instructions regarding the customs process. I know they're just a third party in the arrangement between you guys and the customers, but unfortunately, they are affecting your company's reputation.
