Norwegian Air Hand Luggage Allowance:
LowFare+ customers are entitled to one piece of overhead cabin baggage measuring no more than 55 x 40 x 23cm and one underseat bag with maximum dimensions of 30 x 20 x 38cm. The combined weight of both items must not exceed 10kg.
Passengers travelling on Flex, Premium or Premium Flex fares may bring the same number of bags on board but are entitled to a maximum combined weight of 15kg.
LowFare customers are only entitled to one underseat bag weighing no more than 10kg.
Infants under two years of age do not have their own hand luggage allowance but you may carry baby food and /or milk for them to consume during the flight.
Norwegian Air Hand Luggage and Musical Instruments
Small musical instruments can be brought on board as hand luggage. These may be slightly bigger than standard carry-on luggage but must not exceed 90 x 35 x 20 cm and the carry-on weight limit for your fare type. A larger instrument, up to 140 x 46 x 30 cm may be brought on board if an extra seat is purchased for it.
Norwegian Air Hand Luggage for Infants
There is no additional hand luggage allowance for infants under the age of two years, travelling on your lap. However, you may bring a reasonable amount of baby food and milk/ formula for the flight.
Norwegian Air Hand Luggage Prohibited Items
There are certain items that you are not permitted to carry in your hand luggage. These include:

Norwegian Air Checked Baggage Allowance:
LowFare ticket customers must pay to check their baggage into the hold. LowFare+ customers may check one 23 kg bag and Flex, Premium and Premium Flex customers may check two 23 kg bags. Checked bag dimensions must not exceed 250 x 79 x 112 cm.
If customers purchase baggage allowances at the airport, these will cost £35 for domestic and international direct flights and £70 for domestic and international connecting flights. Baggage allowances can also be purchased online, with prices depending on the route and number of bags.
Norwegian Air Checked Baggage and Excess Baggage Fees
Checked bags that are over 23 kg will incur a fee of £12 per kilogram. This also applies to customers checking more than two bags into the hold. No bag may exceed 32 kg for health and safety reasons.
Norwegian Air Checked Baggage for Infants
The checked baggage allowance for infants not travelling in their own seat is 5 kg, either packed within the accompanying adult's bag or within their own bag. One car seat and one stroller can also be checked for the infant, free of charge.
