How it Works

Step 1: Pack up your possessions in suitcases, holdalls or boxes and package them securely.

Step 2: Get a quote. To get an accurate quote you will need the address of your current location and your destination, plus the weight and dimensions of the items you wish to send.

Step 3: Book your collection. Once you are happy with your quote, you can go ahead and book in your collection.

Step 4: Prepare your items for collection. Make sure your items are available for collection at the main access point of your building or campus and that there is someone available to hand over your items.

If you live in dorms or halls of residence, you should bring your items to the main reception, where mail is normally received. If you live in privately rented housing, you should make sure someone is available to hand your items over to our driver. Step 5: Track your items. You can follow the progress of your items until they arrive at your destination using the Send My Bag App.
