Can I redirect to a different delivery address?
We do not offer redirections to an alternative delivery address.
As your shipment will be travelling through an automated network, it’s almost impossible to intercept the shipment, and to have this relabelled and sent on to a new address. If a change of delivery address is unavoidable, please contact the Send My Bag team to discuss your options and fees.
