Air North Cabin Baggage Allowance:

The amount of hand baggage permitted by Air North’s baggage allowance depends on the aircraft being used. On the Boeing 737 Jet aircraft, passengers are allowed a bag measuring a maximum of 54 x 38 22 cm plus a second personal item measuring a maximum of 41 x 33 x 15cm.

On the ATR 42  aircraft, the hand baggage allowance reduces one bag measuring a maximum of 38 x 28 x 22cm.

There is no maximum weight quoted for either aircraft, but items must be light enough that passengers can lift the items into the overhead bin unassisted.

Air North Cabin Baggage Prohibited Items:

Certain items are not allowed on board Air North flights. These include:

Corrosives,

Toxic substances,

Lithium batteries with power greater than 160 Wh,

Explosives, such as fireworks,

Flammable liquids, such as paint.

Air North Checked Baggage Allowance:

Boeing 737 Jet: 2 pieces weighing a maximum 23kg (50lb) and total dimensions not exceeding 157cm per item.

ATR 42 Aircraft: 2 pieces weighing a maximum 10kg (22lb) and total dimensions not exceeding 157cm per item.

 If baggage exceeds the passenger's allowance, an excess baggage fee between will be charged at the airport, the exact cost of this varies by route.

If travelling with an infant you may also check in a stroller or a carry basket, plus 20 kg of checked baggage, in addition to your own allowance.
