What You Can Send
If you're a heavy packer ensure your bag is designed to hold the weight, also secure all straps and handles. All quotes are based on size and weight check if your suitcase fits within our generous standard allowance.
If a 5kg express rate is available on your route, only boxes and packages which can be measured accurately are permitted on that service. Small carry-ons, backpacks or any other items with straps or protruding parts are not permitted on the 5kg express service. If your bag is 120cm and over a £70 + VAT fee will usually apply. Fees for ski equipment do vary based on the route and service level you choose and on some occasions extra handling fees do not apply, for a tailored quote we recommend proceeding to step 1 of the booking process and entering the dimensions of your ski bag.
Within the UK Ski equipment up to 139cm won't trigger an additional charge when the bag is within the weight and size allowance of our up to 30kg rate. More info on packaging and sending skis.

On international services golf bags under 118cm will be charged at our standard suitcase rates. If your golf bag exceeds 117cm a £30-60+VAT fee may be displayed. For an accurate quote for your bag we recommend clicking 'Book Now' to proceed to step 1 of the order process and entering the exact size and weight of your bag.
